Real Flower Cleansing Water Rose Review by Soph

By Soph (My Skin Reality)

I have been using Neogen Real Rose Cleansing Water and love that it contains real rose petals. The rose concentrate effectively cleans pores, dirt, sunscreen, light makeup, impurities.

All these benefits cleanses without stripping the skin and leaving your skin feeling hydrated.

Here you can see the rose petals in the bottle, when you lightly shake it you’ll see the petals floating around. The petals don’t clog up the nozzle when you squeeze the product out either. It has a magical mesh like nozzle to stop that from happening.

My skin is oily/acne prone and I didn’t find the stripped feeling I sometimes get when using cleansing/micellar water. I found it to be gentle and really effective to remove dirt and the tons of layers of other overnight skin products I use.

I LOVE this product! I am pretty liberal in pouring (AKA using half the bottle in one hit) the product onto the cotton pad. That’s just me with pretty much everything in life! More can’t hurt right?

As a makeup remover I can’t vouch how effective it’d be to remove makeup.

I use it twice a day. Once at night when I start my marathon skin care routine (I’ll post more on that later); and again in the morning to remove all the layers of overnight lotions and potions.

One cotton pad is usually enough to do the trick, so I am not having to repeat the process.

I will say though, the nights I use a Camu Camu sleeping mask I sometimes have to repeat the process a couple of times to ensure I get all the product off. The Camu Camu cream is very orange and I need to make sure I get all of it off.

I will re-purchase this one over and over, but first I need to finish up some of the other cleansing waters I have.

Bio-Peel Gauze Peeling Wine
Review by Marina

Hi everyone!

In search of a new exfoliator I came accross some good reviews and decided to get Neogen Dermalogy Bio Peel Gauze – Wine. There are 2 more options: Green Tea and Lemon, but I decided to get Wine because of the beautiful purple color and I like the grape/red wine scent.

4 ways to get dewy glowing skin for Valentine’s day!

For the romantic day of the year, if you are looking for a way to get your best glowing skin, here are four tips to get dewy glowing skin! 1.Slough off the skin buildup for smoother and softer skin. Exfoliation is the easiest and quickest way to provide additional glow to your skin. As you might know, dead skin cells and skin buildup clog pores and prevent moisturizing products from penetrating deep into skin, and which cause a dry flaky skin and dull complexion. Therefore, the step of removing dead skin cells, skin buildup, and impurities helps you get a baby soft skin.

Pore-less skin is now easy with this Sheet Mask!

You know that feeling when you’re gonna try something new but you’re scared because you don’t really know much about it? That's exactly how my first experience with exfoliation was a few years ago. I had heard about it in the past of course but never really knew how to do it right. My closest approach was the scrub my mom used to keep in the shower that I used in my face not even taking the time to read that it was supposed to be for body only (always read your labels peeps!).
